Product came well packaged and all fasteners were included. The fasteners for the rear of the shelf are not long enough. I had to purchase a slightly longer fastener to get the lock washer and nut on. -

This shelf is excellent and provides rigid stability to entire table assembly. Front, right corner damaged. Inadequate packing. My BIG hammer straightened out the lip. -
