Quincy Lab 20GC Gravity Convection Lab Oven, 1.27 Cu.Ft., 115V 750W

The GC series gravity convection ovens are designed to meet the laboratory needs of industry, research organizations, and schools. Well-crafted and versatile, they are used for part drying, baking, curing, sterilizing, evaporating, heat treating, annealing, and testing. Cabinets are as attractive as they are durable. Exteriors are painted light gray and have a hard, scratch-resistant hammer finish. Doors open with high impact thermoplastic handles. Cabinets have heavy steel double-wall construction. Work space is insulated from the outer cabinet with one inch of high density mineral wool, and interiors are made of corrosive-resistant aluminized steel.

Quincy Lab uses quality UL and CSA recognized components in all ovens. The control panel is equipped with an illuminated ON-OFF rocker switch and a heat/cycle pilot light. Temperature is controlled by an automatic Hydraulic or a bi-metal thermostat (models 10GC & 10AF). Hydraulic models offer convenient temperature dial markings in both centigrade and Fahrenheit.

Please Note: This unit is 115 Volts for use in the U.S. Also available in 230 Volts for use in foreign countries.

Lab oven

Your review: We used this lab oven on our production floor for to keep rubber extrusion die warm in between part changes.

Pros: Compact size allows us to have enough dies in the oven but still keep close to the process.

Cons: Price is a little high. Lead time can be a little long.

Excellent oven at great price

Your review: Oven performs as expected. It is ran every day for 8 hours and has performed flawlessly for three months. Thermometer would be cumbersome and fragile if used, we use a digital.

Pros: Small accurate easy to operate

Cons: thermometer is cumbersome and fragile (protrudes from top).
