Nice (now that it's together)

Great chair so far.Assembly instructions were weak though. Extra bracket threw me at first. Don't know how it could possibly fit this chair. Anyway,this chair is sturdy and comfortable. If you're 6'3"/370 that's important!

Your review: The chair is very comfortable and sturdy. The only complaint I have is that the arms are difficult to keep in position no matter how tightly we screw the adjustment knob it comes loose:(. - *** Global Comment: Global Customer Service contacted the customer. The customer denied a replacement and/ or credit, said the item is fine. Customer appreciated the contact from Global Customer Service.***
