Insuficient Packaging

We ordered 3 modules. Every one of them was damaged. 3 replacements modules were shipped to us and they were all damaged. The cartons were ripped and the ends were open on 2 of the modules. Shelves were bent in the middle and on the corners. Paint was chipped off. I would give this order a zero if there was an option to do so. - *** Global Comment: Global Customer Service contacted the customer. The customer was offered a full credit due to that the package was not sufficient enough to prevent damage to your order. The manufacturer was made aware of this issue, and should be resolving this on their end. Customer appreciated the contact from Global Customer Service. ***

Just what we needed!

This mailroom sorter is perfect for our merged offices. We purchased two sets for our 43+ employees. They were simple to assemble. The trays are pretty easy to move around (it helps if you have smallish hands/fingers). A couple of the trays we received were damaged but with excellent customer service, they were promptly replaced.
