Your review: upon arrival of the set of 2 pure flow cartridges I ordered. one of them arrived in a wet box. this caused a mess in our delivery room. after investigation of the issue one of the cartridges was delivered with a hole in the bag. I had to reorder due to this issue.

Cons: Delivered with hole in bag. leaked in our delivery room creating a mess. Had to re order and wait for replacement to be delivered.

Bad packaging

Your review: We use these eye wash refills in several auto shops where plumbing isn't convenient. They work fine...when they arrive in one piece. The manufacturer packaging is lacking to say the least. We have had to have these items re-shipped several times when they have arrived to us leaking.

Pros: Easy to install.

Cons: Very poor packaging. Easily punctured and/or ruptured.
