I called and emailed to ask if the grid was included for this price and was told that it was. Upon receiving the mat there was no grid. I called and asked about it and was told one would be sent right out. About 2 days later I get an email saying the grid was not included and would have to purchased separate. I would not have bought it from you at this price because I could have gotten the two cheaper from somewhere else. I asked for at least free shipping since I was told it was included but you would not even to that for me. I have a business that I have 5 more tables I would have purchased these mats from you but will not do business with you again. *** Global Comment: The product content has been updated to more clearly indicate that the grid is sold separately. ***
