Work Surface Mats

The MT2500 Series ESD Rubber Pre-Cut Table Mats are made with our durable 2-ply rubber. It is constructed with two layers: A black conductive bottom layer and a static dissipative colored top layer which creates outstanding static eliminating performance. The static dissipative top layer absorbs the static from items placed upon it in safe, controlled manner and flows through the conductive bottom layer quickly to ground to be neutralized. Our ESD Table Mats are tested and certified to ANSI/ESD S20.20 standards for ESD Worksurfaces and test reports can be obtained by request.

VinylStatB provides excellent ESD-safe workstation with some light cushion for component safety and operator comfort. The VinylStatB is a three layer mat, consisting of a conductive metalized fleece sandwiched between a solid, dissipative top surface and a foam, base layer. Features: ESD Mat with Cushioning Protects Dropped or Mishandled Items Vinyl Mats that is Excellent for General Use ESD Applications – Soldering is not recommended Surface resistivity is 10^7 – 10^8. Our MT4000 Series ESD Rubber Table Mats protect your worksurface from wear-and-tear of the manufacturing process. The durable rubber matting provides great protection against most general use applications – cutting, scraping, gouging, sliding – nothing is too much for our two-layer ESD rubber pre-cut table mats. For working on electronics, the ESD Rubber Mats offer excellent resistance to hot solders, soldering irons and most solvents. Meets or exceeds requirements of ANSI/ESD-S20.20 per ANSI/ESD STM4.1
