Good looking cabinet and all the pieces were included but when the door is closed the key can't turn far enough to look and be able to remove the key. With the door open the lock can be turned all the way and the key removed. Made in China with little or no quality control or inspections of product before shipping to the states. I have seen other Chinese products that look good but don't work. I reported this to Gobal and they have ordered another one to replace the 1st unit. I haven't received it as of this date but did request that someone check it out to make sure it will work OK before shipment to me. Hopefully it will work as it should.*** Global Comment: We already fowarded the comments to the manufacturer to reserach and for the future product ehancement. *** -

Very pleased with this keybox, it has a nice appearance in the office, is sturdy and well built, holds both large and small keys with plenty of room to spare, and was easy to install on the wall. Would highly reccommend this keybox, especially for the price.
