drill mixer

Your review: works as I hoped! you can easily mix large batches of cream sauce, spaghetti sauce, bechamel, eggs, or mashed potatoes. Industrially it's good for paint and plaster. Only improvement to the design would be to have an internal wing of 1/4 to 1/2" on the inside of each mixing loop....it would mix more thoroughly at lower speeds

Egg Beater Brill Mixer...

Your review: Even though we had to remove several inches from the shaft, this is the perfect tool for our church kitchen. Mashed potatoes were never as easy as this past week! Thanks!

WELL BUILT MIXER

Your review: I like the mixer. It's easy to clean up and well made. I bought the mixer which is recommended for self leveling concrete (such as Mapei Novaplan) which is mixed thin. The only problem I have had is misjudging the consistency of a thicker mix such as thin-set. It is harder to judge the consistency of the mix from the top since the eggbeater doesn't tend to move the mix vertically. We overcame this by moving it up and down and closer inspection. I'm happy with it.
