A relief valve is used to control or limit the amount of pressure in a blower system by allowing the pressurized air to flow through an auxiliary passage out of the system. The Atlantic Blowers relief valve may be set to open at a pre-determined set pressure to protect the blower from overheating and subsequent failure.
