I was mostly happy with the system as a whole, but the hardware and paint job left a lot to be desired. The hardware is very cheaply made and the paint is like sandpaper instead of glossy or even flat. Several of the bolts stripped and cross threaded very easily and there were no extras included in the boxes. One of the shelves we received was missing one of the screws for mounting the electrical strip to the shelf and there are no extras included.
