The item itself is almost exactly what I was looking for. It is a little shorter than I had hoped, but all in all a great product. The deductions come from the service which was lacking. It took a lot of time to actually get the item ordered, and then when it was, there weren't any in stock. So i was sent an estimated delivery date which was 3 weeks away. After 4 weeks, i called to find out that the shipment of the racks had been held an extra 4 weeks, so that they would ship with the add-on bars, when originally they were supposed to ship separate to reduce the delay. They earn back some points for fixing the problem within a day. Good product, friendly service, just be wary if you are on a time crunch.
