Turnstile Security Systems Hi-Gates Are Used To Permit Unsupervised Exiting And Entry Allowing One Or Two Way Passage.
Turnstile Security Systems Hi-Gates are constructed of stainless steel for long lasting durability. Suited for interior and exterior applications. Includes rotor assembly, barrier section, mechanism housing and ceiling plate. Rotor assembly consists of 3 in. diameter 1/4 in. thick tube with arms attached. Arms are 1-1/2 in. round 11 ga. stainless steel tubing, type 304 with rounded and spun closed, ground and polished end, and fitted over solid 1 3/8 in. x6 in. spigot. No welds. Shield assembly constructed from three horizontal stainless steel channels 5/16 in. thick with 9 vertical 1-1/4"" stainless steel tubes. Barrier post constructed from 3 in. square 11 ga. stainless steel tubing, with stainless steel 1-1/2 in. 11 ga. barrier arms, mechanically fitted over 1-3/8 in. solid spigots. Heavy duty top bearing provided for ease of rotation and to support maximum vertical load of 1500 lbs. Mechanism plate constructed from 3/8 steel plate. Mechanical components attached to 3/8 in. steel plate. Ceiling plate, fabricated from 5/16 in. ga. steel, attaches to mechanism housing plate and spans shield assembly, providing stability and support. All materials meet the ASTM standards as set forth by the materials industry. Styles are Electric Hi-Gate and Manual Hi-Gate. Color finishes are Galvanized Steel and Stainless Steel. Size is 64 in.
