Bottom of handle accepts barrier tape (sold separately). Delineator post includes 4 alternating reflective strips for high visibility at night. Snug fitting base allows nesting when not in use for compact storage and easy transport. Meets MUTCD standards. Purchase 16 lb. Rubber Base for stability to post. Base is made with 100% recycled rubber.
