This 30-inch highly efficient Whole House Fan is suitable for homes with 2,000 to 3,000 square foot attics. Blade assembly is attached directly to the motor shaft. Tough steel motor struts virtually eliminate vibration. Precision-balanced, 4-blade fan assembly ensures greater air movement. Joist-in joist-out shutter design for ceiling mount only. Powder coated finish steel venturi for enhanced durability. Included white powder coat finished automatic shutter has 95% plus air closure. Rough opening: 29 1/4'' x 32". Requires 10-12 square foot net free air attic exhaust area. 1/3 HP 2-speed thermally protected 3.8 amp, 115 volt/60 hertz PSC motor. 7,500 CFM high speed, 5,200 CFM low speed. 2-speed white wall switch and plate included. Pre-assembled and ready for installation. 10-year limited warranty.
