I need the plastic screw cap that secures the floor pad to the driver but NOT the entire driver. Can the screw caps be purchased individually? Ours keep breaking and I do not want to pay for an entire pad driver when that piece is fine. Thanks

"first, in regards to returns - once you get it, its yours. it could be returned for manufacturer defect / replacement, but once this thing is used it can not be returned. Second, you must ask questions - make sure it is going to work for your application (type of floor, amount of floor space, jobs to be done) before purchasing. keep in mind these machines can be used on many kinds of floors, from parquet floor to cement, wood, etc, and jobs from buffering to scrubbbing. can be used with pads or brushes. so it should be up to any ""floor cleaning.""

Hi! Do you have a machine like this that is for rug cleaning? Something without the pad and a brush instead. Thanks!

I am trying to find an adapter kit or a nylon brush pad on this model scrubber, is this available?

I have epoxy covered garage floors. Do you think that this machine will do a good job cleaning them. The floor has a gloss finish. I don't want to damage the finish but just clean tire grime and dirt.

The Global Electric Floor scrubber will do the job well. It really boils down to the pad or brush that is used on the machine. On a nice floor like the one mentioned, use something that is not very aggressive. The machine will do it. Just have it coupled with the right pad and the right chemical for the black marks.
