Toxic Dust Respirator Replacement Cartridges

This respirator is approved by NIOSH under the NIOSH 42 CFR 84 respirator certification regulations. This Toxic Dust Respirator is approved for the P100 filter classification, the best filtration category available.

Applications include lead fumes, working near asbestos and tile or brick cutting.

These high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters are 99.97% efficient against particles which are at 0.3 microns (about 300x smaller than the diameter of human hair!) or larger. Designed with pleats, these patented cartridges feature a large surface area in a very small diameter, low-profile cartridge. This model of cartridge is a direct replacement for the Toxic Dust Respirator's (model # 817664) cartridges.

28% of adult asthma cases may be attributable to work settings. Many more cases are also attributed to doing projects around the home without protection.
