EXAIR's Cabinet Cooler® Systems provide a low cost, reliable way to cool and purge electronic control panels. EXAIR Cabinet Cooler Systems incorporate a vortex tube to produce cold air from compressed air - with no moving parts. The compact Cabinet Cooler can be installed in minutes through a standard electrical knockout. NEMA 4X (IP 66) Cabinet Cooler Systems that match the NEMA rating of the enclosure are available in many cooling capacities for large and small control panels. The thermostat control is preset to 95°F to ensure maximum compressed air savings. The thermostat is adjustable to suit the needs of any electrical enclosure. The Vortex Tubes incorporated in EXAIR Cabinet Cooler Systems are constructed of stainless steel. The wear, corrosion and oxidation resistance of stainless steel assures long life and maintenance free operation. All NEMA 4X Cabinet Cooler Systems are UL Listed and CE compliant.
