Gap Filler

Gap Fillers – like rubber, foam, felt, and putty – help seal, fill and gasket voids and openings on machinery and equipment. Silicone elastomer materials have the softness and ability to perform across a wide temperature range (typically 50 to 200° C.). Gap fillers also control contamination.

Raw Materials

Foam

Foam gap filler expands to take the shape of the gap or space for an airtight and water resistant seal – reducing drafts and saving energy.
Easiest to Compress

Felt

Felt sleeves or polyester felt are superior for dry heat applications with excellent resistance to minerals, mildew, heat, pressure, and organic acids. Used for oilers, embossing machinery, transportation rollers, CIPP (cured in place pipe), and more.
Good Abrasion Resistance

Rubber

Rubber gap filler is lightweight and buoyant, so it's excellent for acoustic insulation, impact dampening, and cushioning. It can be shaped to fit irregular spaces while maintaining its properties. Natural and chemical resistances provide durability for demanding environments.
