Grounding Clips are used to connect the grounding conductor of non-metallic sheathed cable to outlet boxes, or for connecting the grounding jumper from a receptacle to an outlet. They are intended to be installed on the top edge of a box to hold #10, #12 or #14 AWG copper wire. They can also be used to hold #10 or #12 AWG aluminum grounding conductors against the side wall.
