115VAC NEMA 4 Electric Actuator; 400 In Lbs Torque

The BI-SS series pneumatic actuator has an all-stainless steel body for tough environments, the food industry, or pharmaceutical applications. The actuator meets international ISO and NAMUR standards for ease in mounting to ISO valves. Double acting actuators are air to open, air to fail close and are sized for 80 PSI air supply. Standard actuators are rated to 180°F with options for high temperature Viton seals. The BI-85-SS-DA actuator puts out 740 inch pounds of torque at 80 PSI supply pressure.

The IP-2P-40-675-E-A-4 series 4" NPT (threaded) ball valve features a full port brass ball valve with a pressure rating to 600 PSI and a temperature rating of +297°F. TFE seats and Viton seals are compatible with a wide range of industries and media type. This version comes complete with a BI-675-A-4 115VAC electric actuator with a NEMA 4 powder coated enclosure. A high-visibility dome and limit switches provide position indication. The actuator is rated from 0°F to +150°F with temperature controls available for extreme environments.

The IS-2PF-40-161-SR is a pneumatically-actuated 4" full port SS ball valve with 150# ANSI standard flanged ends. The Class 150 valve has a temperature rating from 0°F to +450°F. TFE seats and TFE seals are compatible with a wide range of industries and media type. The split body design allows for easy maintenance and repair. This version comes complete with a PN-160-SR spring return (air to open, spring to close) anodized aluminum pneumatic actuator sized for 80PSI air supply.

The IS-2P-25-675-E-A-4-VP is an electrically-actuated 2-1/2" 2-piece full port SS ball valve with NPT (threaded) ends. The valve has a pressure rating to 1000 PSI and a temperature rating from 0°F to +450°F. RTFE seats and TFE seals are compatible with a wide range of industries and media type. This version comes complete with a BI-675-A-4-VP 115VAC electric actuator with NEMA 4 powder-coated aluminum enclosure and a 4-20mA controller card for modulating service.

The IC-3WT-10-100-E-A-4 series 1" 3-way T-port ball valve comes complete with both threaded and socket end options.
