The Model 14F_ _SG roller conveyor is constructed of 4"x7ga Painted Steel side channels, 2-1/2"x11ga Galvanized Steel tubing, 11/16" Hex Plain Steel roller shaft, Spring Retained Commercial Light Oil bearing, and Butt Plate couplers.

1.9" O.D. x 16 gauge galvanized steel rollers set high in frame, and butt plate couplings. Gravity roller conveyor will convey medium duty loads that have firm flat bottoms such as cartons, totes, skids, and drums. Need a customized system or solution? The Model Telescoping Conveyor is constructed of 7 ga. steel frames for each telescoping section and all formed parts are made of 10 ga. steel. Each conveyor bed frame is made of 2-1/2" 12 ga. galvanized steel. Each unit has a foot activated floor stop on both the entrance and exit ends. All telescopes with 5 sections or less have 5" diameter casters and the 6 section has 8" casters.

Gates are used to create an opening through a gravity conveyor section. There is a spring assist mechanism that helps to reduce the force required to open the gate.
