3M™ Trisect™ Finesse-it™ Film Disc Roll 466LA 1 3/8" x NH Silicon Carbide A3 500 discs per roll
3M™ Trisect™ Finesse-it™ Film Disc Roll 466LA uses proprietary 3M micro replication technology, micron-graded silicon carbide particles are formed into tiny pyramids of abrasive mineral and then coated on a non-compressible polyester backing.
As these pyramids wear, fresh, sharp mineral is continually exposed to give you consistent cut and a predictable, fine finish. 3M™ Trisect™ Finesse-it™ Film Disc Rolls are available in three grades, A3, A5, and A7 for use on a variety of topcoats and to accommodate most finish and process requirements. The roll itself is comprised of 500 individual, film backed discs. Each disc is designed for quick access and attachment to rotary tools, or orbital sanders. Unlike conventional abrasives, 3M™ Trisect™ Finesse-it™ Film Disc Roll 466LA starts sharp and stays sharp, resulting in more predictable finishes and improved, consistent quality. 3M™ Trisect™ abrasive discs can last up to five times longer than conventional discs and provided precise finish control such that operators can reduce grade sequences, requiring fewer process steps and fewer abrasive products. Three-dimensional structures uniformly distributed over the entire surface of Trisect abrasives ensure consistent performance and eliminate disc-to-disc variation.
