80/20® 15 Series Combination Hinge w/ Clamping Handle

The standard 0 degree dynamic pivot assembly with dual straight arms is typically used to create dynamic pivots that are parallel to the mounting profile and have full axial motion ranging from 0-180 degrees. The assembly includes one 0 degree dynamic pivot nub and two standard straight dynamic pivot arms. It has permanently lubricated bronze bushings that act as high-strength pivot points and nylon thrust washers that protect the pivot arms. A shim kit and the hardware to connect the nub to the profile, the nub to the arms, and the arms to the profile are all included.

The 4 hole - concealed hinge allows you to design doors with hidden hinges when the door is closed. The hinge mounts to the inside of the frame, which makes enclosures more secure; they are not able to be dismantled when the door is shut.

The economy lift-off hinge right hand with long pin is a cost-effective option made of aluminum and commonly used in lightweight doors. When the long pin is placed in the upper position it simplifies door assembly. Hinges with long pins are commonly used to create lift off hinge assemblies. Additional Information: The gap distance between profiles for 10 series is .062", 15 series is .120", 25 series is 1.97mm and 40 series is 1.15mm.

The 4-hole horizontal adjustable hinge is die cast zinc with a black powder coat. It is commonly used to connect T-slot profiles. As the name implies, the horizontal hinge has horizontally slotted holes. The slotted holes support fastening adjustments.

The 4 hole - standard plastic hinge with snap cover is made of fiberglass-reinforced black nylon with a die-cast zinc pin. It has a snap-on cover that hides the mounting hardware to provide a clean look. It is commonly used to connect plastic panels and lightweight doors to T-slot profiles.
