80/20® 40 Series Upper Door Slide Track

The lower door slide track snaps into a T-slot with no required hardware. This track is typically used with the upper door slide track to allow panels to be inserted after the frame is assembled. The lower slide track has a radius bearing surface that allows panels to slide easily. The lower door slide track is 48" (1.219M) in length.

The roller wheel with dual roller bearing is made of nylon and is reinforced with fiberglass. The ball bearing creates a smooth glide and is used to move frames, panels and components by rolling in the profile T-slot.

The roller wheel with permanent lubricated bushing is ideal for guided linear motion and has a bronze bushing that requires no additional lubrication. The roller wheel mounts to the profile end or T-slot and includes the mounting hardware.
