The Ergonomic 8'' Fix Plate-Mount Caster Kit is designed for heavy-duty applications requiring fixed-direction manual movement. This kit includes all necessary mounting hardware: 4x WF-LARGE brackets, 4x M8-45B bolts, 4x M8-N nuts, and 8x F-W516 washers for secure installation. Built to handle loads up to 1200 lb (500 kg), the caster features a 5 mm thick steel fork and a durable top plate, compatible with Flexpipe's Square Series metal framing, ensuring versatility in various industrial settings where manual movement is required.

The WF-LARGE is a metal bracket used to secure six-inch casters on Flexpipe structures. Mostly used to attach W-6PSB and W-6PF casters, it is installed as a pair with two M8-45B and two M8-N nuts. However, you can use this bracket to reinforce two parallel pipes as an alternative to the HJ-13. It would be a good choice for pipes that need to be spaced further apart, as you can cover an area of 5 inches.

The dual roller wheel bracket is made of anodized aluminum and mounts to a T-slot profile. It is commonly used with roller wheels to form assemblies that create door frames, linear glides, and track systems. The mounting hardware is included.

The 3 hole - inside corner bracket is an external fastening method that creates a 90 degree connection. There are two stacked holes on one side and one hole on the opposite side of the bracket. This fastener requires no machining services and can provide infinite positioning along the profile T-slot, allowing a large degree of adjustability. The 3 hole - inside corner bracket engages the 2-degree drop-lock feature when the assembly bolts are tightened to the required torque. It is a fastening method that can be repositioned and reused.
