Ordered & received two benches. Packing crates intact & no signs of damage upon delivery. One bench perfect. The other bench OBVIOUSLY a return- chipped enamel present, other scuffs, actual slight bend in metal in one area. Assembly hardware not even in sealed plastic baggy (as other bench hardware was.) Delays cost our company money- period. There are other companies handling this brand and factoring in the possibility of receiving merchandise in this condition MAY require us to purchase elsewhere in future. -
