Bishamon® Self-Leveling Carousel improves efficiency and helps reduce injury by bringing the level and location of the load closer to the person doing the work. As layers of product are added or removed, a captive reinforced rubber airbag assures the work remains at an ergonomic height. Totally self-contained and does not require a constant air source (requires initial air pressure of 60 psi). The 43" diameter Rotator Ring, with a secured ball bearing center pivot, provides smooth even rotation, eliminating reaching and stretching. Ring also features an integral finger guard to protect the operator. Rollers are entrapped in the base frame and platform for added stability. Pallet Carousel includes a built-in air gauge, an air pressure relief valve, and maintenance bars to ensure safe routine inspection. Skid Positioner is easily transported throughout the workplace using a forklift truck. Initial load and subsequent loads are height adjustable via air pressure. Durable steel construction with a phosphatized powder coat finish. CE marked under Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC). Shipped fully assembled. 1 Year Limited Warranty.
