We use it at our congregation, one for regular coffee and one for decaf. We have had them in operation for three weeks. They seem to be reliable and easy to use. We purchased them because of the all stainless steel construction (except for the lid)which was a great improvement over the previous aluminum coffee pots. So far..so good. -

I grew tired of repeatedly making coffee over and over again in my pair of 12-cup coffee makers, so I finally ordered a coffee maker large enough to make coffee once and last a long time. Everybody loves it and I don't have to make coffee all the time. -
