Ashland Conveyor Products produces several models of flow rails with skatewheels. Skatewheel flow rail is well suited for storage flow racks. For pallet flow 100 Lb. capacity wheels are recommended.
Construction:
- 1" x 2-1/2" x 1" 12 ga galvanized steel frames.
- Inline wheels are on 3" centers and staggered wheels are on 1-1/2" centers.
- Wheels are 1-15/16" diameter with ¼" bore and have either 75 Lb or 100 Lb capacity.
- FR4 flow rail capacities (evenly distributed non-impact load):
- 36 lbs. per foot with supports on 10' centers.
- 260 lbs. per foot with supports on 5' centers.
