The gib adjusting screw attaches to the top slide. This is made of metal and is sold individually. It is a genuine OEM sourced part which is specially designed for use with Jet lathes. During the installation process, a screwdriver might be needed to replace this item. Over time this part may strip or break and will need to be replaced.
