Well built and very functional. I needed to remove the wheels so the base support arms would fit under a file drawer pull-out. Fortunately, two screws under the support arms near the back that stick out could be absorbed by the carpet. -

Very easy to put together, very stable tray top and leg base. Very easy to maneuver around on both carpet and non carpeted surfaces. Plenty of room for keyboard and mouse. The adjustable part is why I gave three stars - there is not a hydraulic lever to raise the platform up and down. You have to use the enclosed allen wrench to unscrew the set screw. This set screw isn't easy to reach. -
