Pros: Good price quality ratio. Well written assembly instructions/diagrams.

Cons: Mesh back makes contact with plastic back frame when user leans backward. Armrests are slightly loose fitting.

serves its purpose

Your review: Overall the mat seems to be sturdy and it does indeed protect the floor from office chair wheels

Pros: it was easy to unfold and place where needed and the appearance is good

Cons: I had not seen a folding mat before this one, so I didn't anticipate the fold line down the center of it. The line has a bit of an odd appearance, and was a little pesky for a few days until the mat finally laid flat to the floor

Your review: We found what we were looking for less then local Office Depot. they were out of the size we needed. We just put in wood floor and needed these asap. We ordered and they arrived the next day. Shipping price was more then reasonable.

Mixed Results

Your review: The mat arrived broken at the folded seem. I did not know that the mat came folded or I probably would not have ordered it. So that is the bad part of the story. I called Global customer Service to report the problem and they were great. They said that they will take care of and they did. the representative was just super at resolving the issue. I am so impressed that even though my experience was not good, I will continue to buy from the business. Great Customer Service and thank you.

a little dissapointing

Your review: The product arrived folded in half which was not wanted as the crease is always obvious, and the mats tend to slide very easily which is a falling hazard. a strip of 2 sided tape helps hold it in place and it was a good price.

Damaged Chair Mat

Your review: While my order arrived in a timely fashion, I was most disappointed with the chair mat when I finally got around to opening the box in which it came (about two weeks later). Unfortunately, the mat was split in the folded area. My husband thought I should send it back, but I remembered the costly shipping rate (almost 50% of the cost of the mat) I had to pay to receive it, and did not wish to go through trying to secure "free" shipment from Global Industrial. - *** Global Comment: HeGlobal Customer Service contacted the customer. good mat

Your review: this mat is fairly well made, it did have a very small crack in the seam but may have been caused by me since it is folded over for shipping and the tag saying to let it warm up first was on the bottom side and I did not see it until after unfolding it. It looks good in place and chair rolls over it nicely, just what I had expected.

Your review: Upon opening the package, we found the mat was split about 3 inches down the fold. However, Global was great when I called them. Immediately sent a replacement. Great customer service. Hoping the replacement mat is good.

Your review: The mat is fine, except the catalog does not show or tell that it will be folded in half. The fold seam was already split at both ends for about an inch.
