The shelving unit came with everything it should, went up fairly easily, and seems pretty solid. I think it is exactly what it should be. I didn't give it 5 stars for three minor reasons. The numbers on the inch markers are not all in the same spot, so the are almost pointless. There were no instructions, so if you haven't put one together before you might be lost. Finally, you need a hammer to beat the feet into the bottom of the poles because they didn't smooth out the weld marks inside the tubes. This sounds minor, but I really think this is something that should not have happened. They should have smoothed out those weld marked and had feet that could more easily snap in and out of the tubes. I don't think the feet will ever come out so if I ever wanted to put in wheels I'm probably SOL. Overall for the price point, I'm pleased. When you buy am item at the cheapest price point and it's this sturdy and perfectly sized, you really cannot expect to have all the other features.
