This formulation can withstand the highest temperatures and offers the lowest compression compared to our other silicone compounds. It is also made of FDA compliant materials for food, beverage and pharmaceutical applications. Silicone has excellent weathering properties.

Buna-N/PVC foam exhibits excellent impact absorption and good chemical resistance properties. Also known as crushed-cell foam, semi-closed foam is highly conformable like an open-cell foam but forms a tight seal and prevents air, water, and fluids from passing through it like a closed-cell foam.

This formulation is stronger and more durable than standard Neoprene for more demanding applications. Neoprene has a good balance of properties and is suitable for oils, water, and refrigerants while remaining tough and weather resistant.

These gasket strips are made from Buna-N rubber. Buna-N is ideal for oils, greases, fuels, and petroleum applications. It also works well with water and mild chemicals and has excellent physical properties making it tough and durable.
