Machines feature meehanite casting and satin chrome-finished dials. Chrome-plated motor shaft with lower bearing support. Large-diameter quill is chromed. Precision bored and honed milling head. High-precision class 7 spindle bearings. Internally cooled spindle head. Locks on all movable surfaces. Heavy-duty spindle brake. Precision hardened and ground ways and table. Adjustable gibs throughout. Internal coolant tank built into casting base for use with coolant system (coolant pump not included). One-shot lubrication system. Tolerance test sheet, way covers, draw bar and tool box with tools included.
