Global Industrial offers Same-Day shipping for all in-stock orders placed by 4PM Monday-Friday (excluding observed holidays). While a vast majority of all orders will ship same day, some exclusions will apply:

• Large-volume orders that may require specialized handling or trucking 

• Orders requiring additional review or documentation 

• Orders for AK, HI or international shipments 

• Adverse natural and man-made events preventing shipping 

• Shipments designated to a customer\collect carrier 

Unless otherwise noted, Same Day shipping may not apply when utilizing a vendor partner for fulfillment.

All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point. Shipping method is determined by the size and weight of each item. Most Items are consolidated onto single shipment, some items of differing size and weight may ship independently, by different methods. Most items will be sent UPS. Items that are too large or too heavy will be sent by truck. There is a minimum $60 shipping fee for truck deliveries. Someone must be present to accept truck deliveries. Standard truck delivery is directed to a dock facility that is designed to receive freight. 24 hour notification, residential deliveries, lift gate, or inside deliveries are available for an additional charge.

Unless otherwise stated, freight and shipping fees will be charged for shipments to anywhere in the contiguous United States, using a carrier of our choice. Other terms apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and export orders. Any extra charges incurred for additional services, such as customer's carrier or special handling by the carrier, must be paid by the consignee. Items backordered from an order qualifying for prepaid shipping charges will be shipped prepaid. Title and risk of loss will pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If the product is damaged in transit, customer's only recourse is to file a claim with the carrier.

Flat rate shipping fee structure is:

• $24.99 for orders $100.00 and under
• $34.99 for orders between $100.01 - $250.00
• $44.99 for orders between $250.01 - $500.00
• Orders over $500.00 use standard shipping rates

Offer applies to small pack items up to 50 lb using standard ground shipping and excludes large boxes/items, expedited freight, special delivery services, products shipped via truck and oversized shipments.

We will gladly ship via your specified carrier; however, we will not ship with certain carriers due to poor experience. Please note that for freight collect shipments you are responsible for order tracking once freight is loaded onto truck. In addition, Global Industrial cannot assist you with filing damage claims with your carrier.

Merchandise Eligible for Returns

Merchandise is generally eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms of this Return Policy. Eligible returns may be initiated through our Return Center: Online Return Center

Return Conditions and Refunds

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unused, uninstalled, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition, with all manuals, documentation, components, and accessories included. All returned merchandise is subject to inspection upon receipt. Merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may be refused or may receive a partial refund, in Global Industrial's sole discretion. Any refund will be determined after inspection of the returned merchandise. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. Returns approved more than 30 days after delivery will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and any approved refund will be issued as a credit toward future purchases only. Customers are responsible for return freight and the risk of loss, theft, or damage during return transit. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable & Non-Cancelable Merchandise

Certain merchandise cannot be returned or canceled once an order has been placed, including, but not limited to, custom-cut, assembled, or special-order merchandise.

Additional Information

Certain manufacturers' return requirements may apply and may affect return eligibility, applicable fees, or the amount of any refund. Global Industrial reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this Return Policy.
