Dynastraight Air-Powered Abrasive Finishing Tool for graining, cleaning and polishing on stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel and composites. 3,400 RPM, 1 hp. Model includes 13015 Threaded Arbor (5/8" -11) ideal for use with optional 94472 Dynacushion pneumatic wheel.

Inflatable rubber wheels conform to work surface contours. Dynabrade pneumatic wheels are inflatable rubber wheels designed to run on various Dynabrade tools. Speed of tool must not exceed maximum operating speed of accessory. When fitted with an abrasive belt and inflated to the desired firmness, our pneumatic wheels are ideal for countless grinding and finishing applications. Dynabrade pneumatic wheels support coated abrasive and non-woven nylon belts for use on metal, wood, plastic, ceramic, fiberglass and composites.

This 3" diameter ultra-flexible hook and loop interface pad goes between the 3" hook and loop back-up pad and abrasive disc. Manufactured from high quality foam and premium Velcro® hook facing material, interface pad enable the abrasive sanding disc to follow the curves and contours on auto, truck and motorcycle body parts and as well as accessory items without cutting through the coating.

Grind, deburr, blend and polish, on metal, plastic, fiberglass, composites, rubber, glass and more. Grind from contact wheel or platen pad; finish and polish using slack of belt. Tool includes 11206 Contact Arm for 3/4" wide x 18" long abrasive belts. Lightweight, ergonomic 7 degree offset design. Grinding head pivots 360 degrees for securing in most efficient position. Belt guard easily detaches for quick abrasive change; simple belt tracking adjustment knob.

Dynabrade 48503 2" Dia. Disc Sander, .4HP, 25,000 RPM, Gearless, Rear Exhaust Includes 51344 Locking-Type Pad (2" diameter). Handle is offset 7 degree for greater operator comfort and control. Gearless for reduced maintenance and down-time. Features standard muffler for more compact design. (Replaces 52503).
