These one piece spatulas are molded from FDA-grade materials and are safe for food, drug and cosmetic contact. Sterileware Spatulas (9" and 14") are made of high-impact polystyrene, individually packaged, sterilized by gamma irradiation, lot stamped, and shipped with a Certificate of Processing. Non-sterile 9" spatulas are made of polypropylene.
