Made from low carbon steel material. Zinc plated finish. Type 2 is used for gears, keyways, pulleys, and shafts. Precision Brand® Step Keystock is used in the transmission of power from a shaft to a gear, sprocket, sheave, pulley, coupling, etc. Often referred to as "Offset Keystock".

Precision Brand® Keystock is used to provide driving torque between shafts and pulleys, gears, sprockets, etc. Used for new machinery, general maintenance, and shop repairs.
