Mild Steel frame - tube size 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32" - Tube is shot blasted, zinc coated and proxy/polyester powdered coated. Surface coatings provide greater durability.Roof is supported by curved mild steel beams. 5/8" cellular multiwall polycarbonate. Strong and durable with high impact resistance and UV protective coating. Mild steel side panels are pre-glazed with surface fixing rivets. 3/16" super strong polycarbonate glazing with UV protective coating. 10 year warranty against discoloration on roof and side panels.
Requires solid, level base for fixing. After the base has been prepared, assembly time is typically 4 - 6 hours for 2 qualified workpeople. All mounting fixings supplied. Delivered flat-packed on a pallet with full instructions for assembly.
