The Model Telescoping Conveyor is constructed of 7 ga. steel frames for each telescoping section and all formed parts are made of 10 ga. steel. Each conveyor bed frame is made of 2-1/2" 12 ga. galvanized steel. Each unit has a foot activated floor stop on both the entrance and exit ends. All telescopes with 5 sections or less have 5" diameter casters and the 6 section has 8" casters.

Gates are used to create an opening through a gravity conveyor section. There is a spring assist mechanism that helps to reduce the force required to open the gate. IKO Non-separable Yoke Type Roller Follower is full complement bearing with inner ring, side plates and thick-walled outer ring to withstand heavy rolling or shock loads.
