The heat sealer is ideal for sealing small, irregular or extra long packages. Constructed with a high impact ABS thermal casting for heavy applications. A 5-15 min warm-up time is needed. Easy to Operate: Depending on the material, allow 5-15 min of warm-up time for the sealer to reach the desired temperature. Just insert the material between the jaws and close the jaws for a few seconds. Release the jaw, and increase or decrease the timing until a satisfactory seal is obtained.

The W-series automatic sealer is designed for the continuous sealing of thermoplastic materials. Depending on the model of the sealer, materials up to 24 wide and 15 mil total thickness can be sealed. Seal widths of 2.7mm and 5mm are available. The sealer is controlled by a plug-in transistorized circuit board. Equipped with an electronic timer and electromagnet, once correct settings have been established, consistent seals will be maintained automatically. The automatic sealer comes with an electric foot switch and worktable.

Our KF-Series foot sealers are ideal for high volume poly bag and other thermoplastic sealing. The sealers are capable of sealing 15-20 bags per minute. These sealers allow you to keep both hands free for quicker and more accurate sealing. The machines are also equipped with a plug-in timer. The timer controls the sealing time needed for different materials. Once the timer is set, it will give a consistently flat seal. When the seal is done, the signal light on the timer will turn off.
