Product Description
Ideal Warehouse Innovations Column Guards provide 360° protection for structural columns in busy warehouses where tight turning and poor sightlines make forklift impacts common. Unlike plastic or polyethylene "cushion-style" guards that result in impact forces directly to the column, this steel floor-anchored guard absorbs and redirects impact energy into the ground, preventing shock transfer and damage to the column and building structure. At 8" high and manufactured from 3/16" thick high-strength cold-rolled steel with added ⅜" reinforcing gussets, this Column Guard can stop a 10,000 lb forklift traveling 3–4 mph.
