This formulation contains metal fillers which allow the silicone rubber to be picked up by metal detection systems should they tear or fall into the process stream. It is also made of FDA compliant materials for food, beverage, and pharmaceutical applications. Silicone has excellent weathering properties and can withstand high temperatures.

Polyurethane has exceptional tensile strength, tear resistance, and shock absorption qualities. It is far stronger than comparable rubber materials and is often used for high-tension and high-wear applications.

Grade G-11 Garolite is composed of a continuous woven glass fabric laminated with an epoxy resin. It has similar properties to G-10 Garolite but also has better heat resistance. G-11 Garolite is typically used in elevated temperatures where G-10/FR4 cannot operate in.

UHMW Polyethylene has outstanding abrasion, wear, and impact resistance. UHMW is commonly fabricated into conveyers, machine guards, and equipment housings. This grade of UHMW is anti-static, making it a good choice for applications where static discharge is a concern such as those involving sensitive equipment or moving parts.

Grade G-10/FR4 is the most versatile all-around composite. This Garolite is composed of a glass woven fabric base impregnated with a flame-retardant epoxy resin binder. It has extremely high mechanical strength and good electric strength properties.
