G-10/FR4 Garolite Sheet - 1/4" Thick x 12" Wide x 24" Long

Grade G-10/FR-4 is the most versatile all-around composite. This Garolite is composed of a glass woven fabric base impregnated with a flame-retardant epoxy resin binder. It has extremely high mechanical strength and good electric strength properties.

Grade LE Garolite is composed of a continuous cotton woven cloth impregnated with a phenolic resin binder. It is widely used for it's mechanical properties. It contains a fine weave linen which allows for machining more intricate details, like gear and teeth.

Grade G-11 Garolite is composed of a continuous woven glass fabric laminated with an epoxy resin. It has similar properties to G-10 Garolite but also has better heat resistance. G-11 Garolite is typically used in elevated temperatures where G-10/FR4 cannot operate in.

Grade XX Garolite is composed of a paper base impregnated with a phenolic resin binder. It has good electric strength properties with fair mechanical strength. Outstanding for use as template material or backup material.

Grade G-10 Garolite is composed of a continuous woven glass fabric laminated with an epoxy resin. It is wide ulsed for its excellent mechanical strength. G10 Garolite is typically used in applications where the strength to size ratio is critical such as with terminal boards, sleeves, and structural components.
