Resistance Devices

Ideal for hand and finger flexion exercises. Vary resistances by increasing or decreasing number of rubber bands attached to the exerciser, or by changing to a different color-coded set of bands. The Range-of-motion (ROM) may be decreased by using the flexion limiter. Each exerciser comes with 5 red bands OR 5 sets of color-coded bands (25 bands - 5 of each color). Available with latex or latex free bands.

CanDo® Digi-Squeeze® hand exerciser is a hand-held foam exercise ball for squeezing that helps develops isolated finger strength, flexibility, and coordination for rehabilitation of carpel tunnel, arthritis, stroke, fractures, tendon injury, nerve lacerations, tennis elbow and more. The ball comes with exercise pamphlet and is available in three different sizes for small, medium, and large hands, and 5 different resistances. Each ball has finger and thumb positioning indents and markings for both left and right handed use. Small - Blue - Firm.

The CanDo® Digi-Flex LITE® develops isolated finger strength, flexibility and coordination as it builds hand and forearm strength. Each finger button can individually lock. Each button has a single spring that is covered by plastic sheath. Use each button independently to exercise fingers or compress the entire unit for complete hand and forearm strengthening. Progressivecolor-coded resistance gives patient positive feedback. Green - Medium.
