Hamilton® Plastex Wheel 3 x 1-3/4 - 3/8" Roller Bearing

This wheel is liquid cast to a thickness of approximately 1/2" and chemically bonded onto heavy-duty iron wheel centers. The distinctive green treads are chemically inert, non-sparking, non-conductive, impervious to ozone, grease and most oil and solvents, and will not mark floors.

This Aqualite wheels is one of the genre loosely referred to in the industry as "polyolefin" or "polypropylene," but unlike most competitive designs, this wheel has heavily-sectioned hubs and rims to withstand the rigors of industrial service. They are injection molded from blended polymers that provide an impact-resistant wheel impervious to water, brine, gasoline and oil, and most common acids, chemicals and solvents.

A fiber filled phenolic resin, molded under extreme pressure, gives this wheel the ability to carry heavy loads without damaging floors in intermittent service. They are non-marking, resist corrosion from oil, water, grease and commonly used acids or solvents, and will not spark. This high-heat variation can withstand continuous operation at temperatures up to 475 degrees F.

A fiber filled phenolic resin, molded under extreme pressure, gives this wheel the ability to carry heavy loads without damaging floors in intermittent service. They are non-marking, resist corrosion from oil, water, grease and commonly used acids or solvents, and will not spark. Can be operated continuously in temperatures ranging from -50 to 260 degrees F and intermittently to 300 degrees F.

This rubber on aluminum wheel has 1" of black high performing rubber tread permanently bonded to the wheel center. High tensile strength rubber means that it is more resilient and rolls more easily than most generic rubber tired wheels.
