Are the wheels on this dolly non-marking? I would be using this on top of a lighter colored carpet as a semi-permanent holding place for an easel. I don't want to chance staining the carpet if it could be an issue. Thanks!

Does this dolly need to be treated for use outdoors? If so, what treatment is recommended? Polyurathane? Paint? Primer & Paint? Linseed Oil?
