Your review: I ordered two of these. They are very solid and exactly what I needed. One arrived with one bearing cover missing. I made a call to Global and had a new wheel in my hands in less than 24 hours. Outstanding support!

Pros: Very heavy duty, 5 minute upgrade to an older hand truck I have at my facility.

Cons: heavy, but that's the tradeoff to be expected.
